“I Am Legend 2” Is Officially Happening – Will Smith Returns Alongside Michael B. Jordan
The long-awaited sequel to I Am Legend is finally in development, and it comes with a major twist—Will Smith is reprising his role as Robert Neville, and he’ll be joined by none other than Michael B. Jordan.
This exciting follow-up will explore the alternate ending where Neville survives, opening up fresh storytelling possibilities that fans have been eager to see. While Jordan’s role remains under wraps, his addition to the cast has only heightened anticipation.
Behind the scenes, Akiva Goldsman, co-writer of the original film, is returning to pen the script. However, Francis Lawrence, who directed the 2007 blockbuster, is not attached to direct this time, leaving room for a new creative vision to shape the sequel.
