The famous NEOM project in Saudi Arabia is reportedly using 20% of the world’s steel supply. NEOM is Saudi Arabia’s megacity project that was launched to diversify the economy and reduce dependence on oil. 

This project is focused on job creation, eco-friendly development, and investment. The total cost of this project is $1.5 trillion, with the goal of transferring urban living through advanced technology and renewable energy.
